Though December 31st 2011, I will donate $100 to the charity of your choice for any of your friends, relatives or co-workers that you refer to me who is interested either buying or selling a house, or a condo or income property in Los Angeles: from Silverlake, Los Feliz, Hollywood, or Hancock Park all the way to West Hollywood, Miracle Mile, Beverly Hills, and Century City to Westwood, Brentwood, or Santa Monica and the Palisades. And, I will also donate an additional $500 upon the successful closing of the sale or the purchase!
