- As potential buyer, It is not often that the prices are low AND interest rates are low at the same time. And no one knows how long this window of opportunity will last. Not too mention that the interest rates are already starting to inch back up and this will make money more expensive to borrow for buyers.
- As a potential seller, if anyone you know is thinking about selling their house, condo or income property, now is the time! as the prices could go even lower and the interest rates are already starting to go up, which will reduce the purchasing budget of buyer’s and therefor making their properties more difficult to sell.
